1Selecting
the Perfect Gift
Gifts
are grouped into 3 Gift TYPE Collections:
Boxsakes
(Keepsake Boxes), Clearsakes
(Keepsake Vases) or Framesakes
(Framed Keepsake Art). Items can also be viewed within their Gift
THEMES: Love,
Names
or Nature.
View gifts in a Collection or Series, by clicking on it's title
and you will be led to a page of thumbnail gift photos. Click on
the gift's photo to view the gift's Details-Page, presenting you
with a description, including options and pricing information.
2 Customizing
Your Gift
Clicking
on the CUSTOMIZE tab on each Gift-Details Page, will display specific
options available for that gift. Enter your details into the 'Customize
this Gift' text boxes, click CONFIRM, Edit, Review and click CONFIRM
again. If your gift goals can not be met within the offered options,
enter a "Note to the Gift Designer". If you have
any questions or prefer to discuss the design of your gift, you
can contact Caroline by phone at 519-688-5915, by fax at 519-688-9435
or in an email sent to info@heartsakes.com.

Adding the gift to Your Shopping Bag
Insert
the number of each gift you are ordering next to the shopping bag
graphic. Remember, any variation in the design of the gift means
it is a new gift item. Your Shopping Bag (Cart) will display a description
of your gift including any customizing fees, based on your option
selections. If the details shown are correct, continue through to
Checkout.
4 Moving
Through Checkout 
Your address and payment information are gathered.
Click checkout to view the Order Summary and Confirmation screen.
Click the final CHECKOUT button. You are directed to Pay Pal to
securely process payment for Heartsakes. If your order is completely
custom (which requires a detailed quote-approved
by you), an invoice will be emailed to you from Heartsakes
via PayPal.
5 The
Process of Creating
Your Special Gift
An order
confirmation is sent to you from Heartsakes, outlining every detail
of your gift order.
At this time we often contact you, by phone if possible, to confirm
the transfer of any photos, images or invitation samples required
for your gift. Once all the design elements of your gift have been
received, production begins. The creation process takes between
5 - 8 days to complete, depending on the techniques required.
6 Preparing
Your Gift for Shipping
After
your our gift passes a final quality inspection, it is heavily protection-wrapped.
Shipping schedules and rates are approved by you and delivery is
arranged by Heartsakes with UPS or Canada Post. When your
package arrives examine it carefully. Contact us immediately if
you are not satisfied with your gift and the issue will be resolved
as a priority!

Timing is Crucial
We
proudly offer a custom-gift design service, and therefore do not
stock pre made finished items.
Each
Heartsake's gift is uniquely created for you and takes several
hours to complete. Production time varies between 5 to 8 days
and does not begin until we receive your completed order. Your
gift will be created as quickly as possible. However, we take
great pride in every gift we produce, and we will not sacrifice
attention to detail, to ship a gift prior to meeting our high
quality standards.
Details

The
details appearing on your gift are as important to us as they
are to you, so please make sure all information is correct.
Notify us as soon as possible if changes need to be made to your
gift.
Special
Requests
If
you have a special request for personalization, that does not
appear as a standard option, you can send a message to our designer
in the text block provided in the
"Customize this Gift" area of each gift. We want to
create a gift that you are proud to give.

so you know, every gift created in the Heartsakes studio is photographed
for future promotional use on the website. If for any reason
you do not wish to have your personalized gift displayed, simply
contact us, and we will respect your privacy.
